Our goal when creating this home was to set the stage for our clients to enjoy their space throughout the multiple stages of life. 701 was built as a half-time residence where lots of entertaining and good times were to be had. The client’s style leaned heavily towards contemporary, but the house still needed to fit seamlessly into the landscape.
Two master bedrooms were built with life’s transitions in mind, placing one upstairs and one down below. Wood beams crafted by Gallatin Timber-writes were built in-shop and outfitted to the home to achieve the perfect blend of rustic and modern the client desired. Meanwhile, large sweeping room layouts and a size-able outdoor living space, complete with a full bar, mini-kitchen and overhead heating created a space that begs to entertain.
